Southwest Rapid Rewards Premier
Our favorite credit card is our Southwest Rapid Rewards card. We earn lots of points that are redeemed for free flights! I also love a lot of the other perks of the card like having rental car insurance coverage and lost luggage coverage.
Right now you can earn 50,000 points after you spend $1,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening!
Chase Ink Business Preferred
(for biz owners)
This is the credit card that I use for my business that I really enjoy! Especially because this one does not have annual fees. Though their annual fee Ink Business Card does earn extra cashback on advertising fees (something I actually don’t pay for right now).
Fundrise –
Interested in getting started with real estate investing, but don’t want to get your hands dirty with buying/selling homes yourself or maybe you don’t have all the capital to invest? Funrise is a simple and low-cost REIT and it has quickly become my favorite way to invest in real estate lately!
We have a couple of duplexes, but compared to Fundrise, our rental properties are a pain in the neck. The money we have invested in Funrise has had an average annual return of about 18%!

Christian Healthcare Ministries –
CHM is a health cost sharing ministry. It takes the place of traditional health insurance, but it is a great faith-based option as well as very affordable!
We have LOVED working with CHM. I had knee surgery in November 2021, and 100% of the surgery was shared with the ministry (aka, at the end of the day I paid NOTHING out of pocket besides our monthly gift to the ministry!)

Mint Mobile –
Mint has been by far one of my favorite “switches” we have made. They have great cell coverage for a fraction of the cost of most major providers. We started savings HUNDREDS of dollars immediately after switching.
I won’t go too much into it here – I wrote a full review of Mint Mobile here. But I will say, that I have been extremely satisfied with Mint Mobile’s coverage as well as receiving Christmas cards from Ryan Reynolds.

P.S. I also utilize the free money management tool at Mint.com alongside my budget spreadsheets. It is a great way to connect all of your bank accounts, credit cards, and investments in one place to view. However, I still like inputting the data into my spreadsheets for budgeting.
WizeFi
WizeFi is what I use to track my financial freedom plan. It helps me when I need to make money decisions like, “should I pay off debt or invest more?” Because they have really great projection models. Not only that, but you can use it to do your day to day budgeting with as well.

Rakuten –
Formerly know as Ebates, Rakuten is a site where you can do your online shopping and earn cash back! You can see from the screenshot that some months I earn a good amount of cashback ($50 once!) and other times I earn less than $5.
In total, I’ve earned over $200. And they have both an app and a browser extension. This is by far the BEST cash back app and is a must have!

Ibotta –
This is a cash back app. I have earned over $300 in cash back using Ibotta. You can get cash back on tons of different things like groceries, flights, hotels, and Amazon purchases.
They have both an app and browser extension now.

Upside –
This app earns you cash back on your gas purchases as well as cash back from places like Starbucks!! And in just 1 year I have earned over $160 back my gasoline purchases. My husband has also earned over $120 himself. Simply see which stations are offering cash back in your area and purchase your next tank there.

Fetch –
Scan all of your receipts and earn points to turn into gift cards! You get a minimum of 5 points for every receipt you scan, but if you purchase items with bonus points you can earn thousands! One thing I like about Fetch is that it always feels like you’re earning because no matter what the receipt is – you earn points!
The first rewards start at 3,000 points, which isn’t difficult because if you use the referral code “NEGGG” you’ll get 2000 points after scanning your first receipt!
Honey–
Honey is a coupon finder that you can add onto your internet browser. It will help find coupons when you are shopping online. You can also earn cash back on certain purchases. I have saved a lot of money through them, but I have also made over $30 in cash back purchases!
The last cool thing you can do is “watch” products – meaning you will get notifications when certain products go on sale!
DO$H –
This is another cash back app. This is one that I have set up and sort of forgot about. You can connect your credit and debit cards to it and when you make a purchase as certain places you earn cash back from it. I have made over $80 after setting it up and forgetting about it!
Opencare –
Looking for a new dentist? Find a new dentist with Opencare and see how rewarding a trip to the dentist can be. Earning $50 cashback is as easy as booking a new dentist through Opencare, visiting the dentist, and submitting your receipt to Opencare! They will send you a $50 Visa gift card. I did this to find my new dentist when I moved and not only did I earn a gift card, but I also found a dentist I love and have been using for 4 years now!
Field Agent –
This is a fun way to make some extra cash by going “undercover” at stores and doing some research for companies. Each job typically pays between $3 – $15. I have made almost $550 from Field Agent and that doesn’t include all of the free products and food I have gotten from the app.

RankIQ –
This is by far the best SEO tool I have ever used. It makes writing high ranking blog posts WAY easier and takes so much of the guess work out of the process.

It literally tells you what to put in your post and blog title, so you can write perfectly optimized content in half the time. They also have a hand-picked library of the lowest competition high traffic keywords for every niche.

Monumetric –
This is the advertisement management company that manages the ads on my website! They have been a delight to work with and extremely helpful.
Their programs are offered for websites starting with a minimum of 10k pageviews per month.
MailerLite –
This is the email service that I use. I really enjoy their platform and find it very easy to use. They are also more affordable than some of the other leading brands out there, but MailerLite does a lot of the same stuff!
Tailwind –
Tailwind is a great resource for bloggers to share their Pinterest Images with others as well as schedule Pins for their own boards. It has been immensely beneficial to my own blog and it has helped me reach thousands of new viewers!
HostGator –
HostGator offers a range of hosting packages that all come with 24/7/365 support by phone, email, and live chat. They are who I use to host my site, and I have been very pleased with them and their support services!
