Here is what you can expect during the process
- Your buyers request showings of homes directly to me through a group text message with you included
- I book all of the tours
- I meet your buyers at their desired homes
- I can schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors (Optional)
- I can provide access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, and etc. (Optional)
- I promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails
- I regularly assure clients that the lead agent (you) is involved & informed
- I keep you informed on all client communications, developments and pertinent questions they may have (copied on all emails & text messages)

About Katie
Katie has over 6 years of real estate experience in the Denver Metro area. Her career started out in property management, where she spent 4 years as a leasing agent. Most recently, Katie worked as a professional showing agent at Redfin. She is also very familiar with investing in rental properties as an investor herself.
Katie has shown over 1,600 homes in her career and knows the neighborhoods in the western suburbs of Denver, Colorado very well. She also helps your clients understand what to look out for as they tour homes, so they can feel confident in picking out the best home to settle their families into.

I like to communicate via group text messages with you and your clients. That way, you can see what houses your clients request to tour and when the tour is scheduled.

My services are more personal – I take all home tours seriously, and want you to feel great about the fact that your clients are in really great hands.
I typically tend to partner with an agent and their buyers as if we are working together as a team. If you are looking for a reliable, experienced agent to help your clients through their home buying experience, I can confidently offer that.
Yes, I do offer virtual tours through Facetime, Zoom, or Google Meet.
**If technology doesn’t work, I only charge 50% of the showing fee for that attempted tour.
